The MPO under the baton of Alan Chircop ushers in the yuletide spirit with a Christmas Concert featuring a heart-warming selection of festive music. The programme features orchestral favourites, including Bizet’s Farandole, Mendelssohn’s The Hebrides Overture and Vaughan Williams’ Greensleeves.

Maltese singers, soprano Nadia Vella and tenor Angelo Muscat join forces with the MPO in a variety of classic arias and Christmas carols, including Puccini’s O Mio Babbino Caro, Gloria by Rossini, Nella Fantasia, Adeste Fideles and Oh Holy Night.

Admittance shall be exclusively on presentation of a valid vaccination certificate.
Pregnant persons need to present a negative rapid test result done within 24 hours or a negative PCR within 72 hours from start of event.
Attendees shall be subject to temperature checks at entrance.
Masks to be worn at all times.
