Join the MPO for the first concert of 2024 in this exhilarating programme, conducted by Resident Conductor Michael Laus. The MPO performs music by Maltese composers Nicolo Isouard and Christopher Muscat, with Francesco Sultana joining the orchestra to perform Maltese folk instruments in Muscat’s Mesogeios. The main item of the evening will be a selection from Tchaikovsky’s ballet, The Nutcracker.
