The MPO proudly presents “Do-Re-Mi”, an innovative Children’s Project led by Artistic Director Maria Blanco, aiming to introduce classical music to young audiences in an engaging way. This project features seven distinct orchestral instruments with unique personalities showcased in interactive orchestral and chamber music concerts. Roderick Bugeja impersonates the character of Re (Trombone), who is usually funny and fun-loving. The trombone also wants to be the kind (re) of the show, and will take the role of conductor in the larger concerts. Subsequent Sunday morning performances from November to June offer entertaining and educational experiences, including workshops and connections with the musical characters created by Simon Bartolo.
