Born in Albacete, Spain, Nuria Honrubia started playing viola at the age of nine at the Royal Conservatory of Music and Dance in Albacete with Natasha Badía Nikiforova. In 2017, she obtained the Bachelor degree in viola in Castellón, Spain.
She has played with the youth orchestra of Comunidad Valenciana, Castellón, Canary Islands (Spain), Flanders (Belgium), Jeune Orchestre de l’Abbaye (France), and Academist of the Real Filharmonía de Galicia. She had masterclasses with Rivka Golani, Garth Knox, Andriy Viytoych, Paul de Clerck, Emilia Goch, Leo de Neve, Carrie Dennis, and Tasso Adamapoulo.
Nuria also holds the title of professional violin education.
