
Emmanuel Giordimaina
Trombone – Intern
Emmanuel Giordimaina commenced his musical education at the age of 14, initially with B Flat Baritone with Aurelio Belli. Later on, he took up the viola as a second instrument under the guidance of Sarah Spiteri and Nadia Debono. He also obtained A Mus LCM Diploma in music theory.
Emmanuel has been pursuing his studies in trombone under the tuition of the MPO Principal Trombone Roderick Bugeja for several years. He has also attended masterclasses with Mohamed Gamal, Vincenzo Paratore, Steven Mead, David Thornton and David Childs.
He joined the Malta Youth Orchestra in 2020, getting the opportunity to play under distinguished conductors.
