After graduating in 2002, Daniele Galletto attended several courses with Angel Jean Cino, Fabrizio Meloni, Romain Guyot, Vincenzo Paci and Calogero Palermo. From 2004 to 2008 he studied at the School of Music of Fiesole. He took part in the Orchestral Training Course at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino and collaborated with the Cherubini Youth Orchestra conducted by Riccardo Muti..
He worked with the orchestra Operafestival in Florence, Pescara Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra of the Teatro Sociale in Como, Teatro Rendano of Cosenza, Luglio Musicale Trapanese and Teatro Bellini of Catania. From 2013 till 2017 he was second clarinet of the orchestra of the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari.
Since 2017 Daniele has been sub-principal clarinet of the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra.
