Internationally acclaimed conductor Anu Tali leads the MPO in a riveting programme of exhilarating Romantic music. Suite on Estonian Dances by Estonian composer, conductor and choreographer Eduard Tubin encapsulates the country’s folk idiom with a contemporary flair.

Young, gifted pianist Dmitry Ishkhanov interprets Rachmaninoff’s gem Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, in a display of virtuosity and lyricism. The audience is transported into a fascinating world of wonders with Dvořák’s Symphony No. 8, the epitome of liveliness and joie de vivre inspired by tales from his native land of Bohemia.
