In what marks the MYO’s first international collaboration, this concert will see the orchestra join forces with the Jugendorchester Stattegg from Austria, in a shared programme directed by MYO’s resident conductor Riccardo Bianchi and the Austrian ensemble’s own Karl Vorraber, bringing together 60 young musicians. This collaboration will also see the MYO travel to Austria in the summer of 2018.

The second night brings together all sections of the orchestra, starting with strings and percussion and moving on to brass and woodwinds.
