presented in collaboration with Spazju Kreattiv REGGIE CLEWS Violin Programme to include: Aleksey Igudesman La petite valse MPO Sub-Leader Reggie Clews joins forces with London-based violinist Nadine Galea to perform an eclectic programme varied in style, technical dexterity and composition period. The boisterous works by Igudesman complement Wienawksi’s flair as De Bériot illustrates the instrument’s virtuosity, championed by Paganini in the 19th century. Prokofiev’s neo-classical style is evidenced in the Double Sonata as the chamber recital features contemporary British composer David Matthews and Halvorsen’s popular arrangement of Handel’s Passacaglia. This concert is presented in collaboration with Spazju Kreattiv. Health Protocols:
