The MALTA PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA brings you some of the most exciting compositions from both the silver screen’s golden age and recent blockbusters.
As popular and sensational on the concert platform as on the silver screen, this year’s MOVIE SPECTACULAR – The Movie Classics has all the ingredients for sheer excitement. Under the direction of Kevin Abela the MPO presents an eclectic programme with music from The Magnificent Seven, Super Man, Nuovo Cinema Paradiso, Once Upon in Time in America, Lord of the Rings, Scent of a Woman, Eyes Wide Shut and James Bond. We also have a surprise for those fans of animated features ……… music from The Princesses ………… which Princesses will be revealed on the day of the concert.
